Mil-Jeanne Flowers will make every effort to keep your order as close to the order description as possible, but we do reserve the right to replace certain flowers and colour schemes if we feel they won't be as beautiful as they could be or if the flower is out of season or stock.

We ensure every floral design is made with the freshest and highest quality of flowers available. If you are not satisfied with the freshness and quality of flowers within 24 hours of receiving them, please call us at 204-857-6886 to ensure that you are pleased with our products and services.

Giftware and clothing may be exchanged or given a credit note within 14 days of purchase. All items must have the tags attached, free of scent and stains and giftware must have the original packaging. All items must have the original reciept.

Earrings, headware, face masks, food, bath and body products, undergarments and sale items 25% or greater are all FINAL SALE… no exceptions.

Delivery Disclaimer

Same day delivery is guaranteed if the order is received before 2 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Sunday delivery as we are closed and we can not guarantee a specified time especially during a busy season.
